As an Insight Manager, Kacie leverages her anthropological background to understand lived realities and reveal deep human insights, bringing a systemic and cultural lens to everything she does. She is passionate about tapping into the power of the social sciences to transform businesses.

Prior to joining OZ, she worked in the cultural heritage field as an indigenous rights researcher while earning her BA in Cultural and Linguistic Anthropology at the University of Pennsylvania. Along the way, she gained expertise in Hispanic studies and media studies by adding two minors to her education.

In her spare time, you can spot Kacie practicing yoga, staring at the trees looking for local birds, advocating for animal welfare, and waxing poetic about the role of the supernatural in our daily lives and worldviews.
