OZA’s typical process for putting deep insights to work involves two half-day “immersion” sessions. Our clients frequently involve other partner agencies in these work sessions.
The first immersion session is a deep dive into the research insights. Insights include understanding key thoughts and feelings, how these are interconnected to form a system of thought, emotional need states, and unconscious frames we call deep metaphors. Where appropriate, we merge those insights with other research findings.
During the second session, OZA works with clients to translate the key insights into workable solutions to the business problem. It involves imaginative, playfully creative, research-based thinking, we call “workable wondering.”
We often continue to work with clients well beyond the two immersion sessions, helping to leverage the insights and acting as the voice of the consumer. |
