Before joining OZA as Managing Director, Lindsay had a successful career as an Account Planner in the Consumer Insight Group at Arnold Worldwide in Boston. Lindsay is co-author (with Gerald Zaltman) of the book Marketing Metaphoria. He is also co-author of a chapter in The Handbook of Marketing Research on client-researcher relationships, and has been cited in such publications as The New York Times, Fast Company Magazine, Business 2.0, Variety and The Journal of Business Research. He lectures regularly at Fortune 500 companies and conferences throughout the world. Lindsay enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Sam and Lily. His interests include fishing, cooking, and travel. Lindsay holds a Masters degree in Marketing Research from The University of Georgia, and a Bachelors in Anthropology from The University of Maine.
