Before joining OZA, James worked in the radio industry as a program director, and earned statewide and national awards for his on-air work. As the Managing Director of the State College office, James has managed projects domestically and internationally for clients in a wide range of business sectors. He lectures regularly at Fortune 500 companies and in 2007 had chapters accepted for publication in two marketing textbooks. Away from OZA, James and his wife Cheryl are especially proud of their volunteer work with Nittany Beagle Rescue. James holds a MBA with dual emphasis in Marketing and Global Management from The Pennsylvania State University.
