As Senior Manager at Olson Zaltman, Abigail has helped clients identify and develop deep actionable insights within a broad range of industries including Pharmaceutical/Healthcare, Food and Beverage, Non-Consumable Packaged Goods, Financial Services, Technology and Architecture among others. Having lived, studied and/or worked in Ecuador, Mexico and Spain, Abigail conducts ZMET® interviews in both English and Spanish. Her international interests match her responsibility as Global Partner Liaison, where she is able to connect with, train and grow the network of partners using ZMET around the world. Speaking at national conferences and guest lecturing at Carnegie Mellon University gives her the opportunity to "spread the ZMET gospel" as well- something she enjoys thoroughly! Abigail is fascinated by how groups and individuals think and behave and she is always hungry to understand more. Her other passions include yoga, biking, cooking lavish meals for her friends and attending opening night at the theater. Abigail holds a B.A. in Anthropology and a B.A. in International Studies, both from the Pennsylvania State University. |
