Carrie has always had an interest in culture—high and low and everything in between. In particular she is fascinated by how people participate in culture and use it to tell stories. At Olson Zaltman, Carrie is responsible for all aspects of ZMET® research, including interviews, analysis and project management.
Prior to joining Olson Zaltman, Carrie studied consumer behavior and marketing while completing a graduate degree in Arts Administration at Columbia University. Her undergraduate studies were in psychology, sociology, and art. She has used consumer insights to develop integrated brand strategies for organizations such as American Express, The MoMA, and The Guggenheim. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys the arts – painting, going to museums and seeing live music. |
