James has conducted more than 1,000 ZMET^® interviews since joining Olson Zaltman in 2000.  He has managed projects both domestically and internationally for clients in a diverse range of business sectors, and his publications include articles and chapters in Leading Edge Market Research, Rai Management Journal, and Advances in Business and Management Forecasting.  Away from Olson Zaltman, James has served on the board of Nittany Beagle Rescue and volunteers for the State Historical Society of Missouri and Meals on Wheels of Mid-Missouri.  He holds an MBA with a dual emphasis in marketing and global management from The Pennsylvania State University.
