Bergita is a manager and insight developer working with clients on spotting, interpreting and leveraging insights into actionable practices. Bergita’s area of expertise is the ZMET® Concept Development technique that helps translate deep insights into engaging and co-creative communications with an enduring emotional impact. A native of Croatia Bergita is fluent in English and Croatian and has some level of proficiency in several other eastern European languages, enabling Olson Zaltman Associates an even greater reach internationally. Before joining Olson Zaltman, Bergita explored the Croatian immigrant subcultures in the US. In spare time, Bergita continues to indulge her fascination with intercultural dynamics and plays with fusing new American and traditional Croatian cuisines. She also enjoys singing, hiking and searching for fun vintage clothing and accessories. Bergita holds a Bachelors degree in Culturology with emphasis in Croatian Culture and a Bachelors degree in History, both from the University of Zagreb. |
